At our distribution center, order tracking is assigned to FedEx packages almost immediately after your item has shipped. Your tracking number will be provided on your shipping confirmation email. You may obtain your FedEx tracking number by contacting our customer service center at (866) 454 9049 or checking our website.

How do I track the location of my package?

FedEx tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipment with your order information.

Enter the Tracking Number that was provided with your order.

The status of your order is easy to find.

Check your email. You will receive emails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
Ensure delivery of all order status communications by adding support@Goldsilk.com to your email address book or contact list.

Visit the Web site. Click on “My Orders” at the top of the page to view information about your account and most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.

Order Status represents where in the process your order exists from the time you place the order to the time it ships from our distribution center. Once your order leaves the distribution center, the package is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. The tracking information is accessible from “Order Status” when it becomes available.
