Goldsilk.com understands the importance of receiving your item on time for that special occasion. Using the following information will assist you in determining the delivery date of your package.

If you have any questions, or would like to request your FedEx tracking number, call (866) 454 9049 to speak with a customer service representative.

Orders must be received and clear credit authorization by 11:00 a.m. Mountain time or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Most packages leave our distribution center in 1-2 business days. Exceptions include items that require ring sizing, are out of stock, and items that are personalized.

  • Add time based on the shipping method selected:
    • FedEx Express Overnight®: Delivery by 3:00P.M.
    • FedEx Express Saver®: within 3 business days
    • International FedEx: Five to Seven Business Days

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • FedEx Standard Overnight® delivery is only available for in-stock items.
  • Orders for FedEx Overnight® delivery must be placed prior to 11:00 a.m. MT to be received on the next business day by 3:00 p.m.
