30 Day Refund Privilege

Goldsilk.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped from our distribution center or purchased in store) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges.

  • Once an item has been returned and you have received credit for the purchase, a helpful customer service representative will contact you to assist in the replacement of your order. Any time prior to this process, you may call our customer service center at (866) 454-9049 to replace your order.

Please note: It is our policy to return the item, credit your account, and replace the order. Goldsilk.com cannot leave the charge for the item on your credit card and send you a new item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
